  • $100/hour for a motorcycle police officer to escort riders and manage traffic, with the authority to stop the flow of traffic at any point throughout the city, eliminating the need for organizers to coordinate with multiple agencies for traffic control

• Shared Contribution Model
  To ease the financial burden on event organizers, rider groups can contribute toward the photography costs. If the group covers the cost, all riders receive access to the full-resolution images.

Pricing:

• $250 for Professional Photography & Drone Coverage
  Riders can contribute to cover the cost of event photography and drone footage. If fully covered, all participants will receive a master link to high-resolution images from the event. If not, participants will be able to view and share images only through posts on our social media, without direct download access.

• Motorcycle & Vehicle Escorts for Traffic Awareness
  Our vehicles and motorcycles are equipped with SAE Class 1 professional emergency lighting to alert traffic and ensure rider safety. These high-visibility lights are designed for emergency response and can be seen from a long distance, providing maximum safety for cyclists, especially at intersections and on busy roads.

• Safety Escort at No Cost
  Our escort services, equipped with SAE Class 1 emergency lighting, are provided free of charge, adding an extra layer of protection and traffic awareness for participants without additional cost to organizers.

• Motorcycle Police Officer Escort ($100/hour)
  For events seeking the highest level of safety and convenience, we offer the option to include a motorcycle police officer. This officer is not only there to escort a group of riders and alert traffic, but also has the authority to stop the flow of traffic when needed throughout the entire city. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted ride for participants at intersections and other traffic points. By incorporating this service, event organizers can avoid the hassle of coordinating with multiple local agencies for traffic control, allowing the officer to handle these responsibilities efficiently.
